Like my previous BMS under this pseudonym, this track was made entirely by placing audio clips, as an exercise in resourcefulness and arbitrary limitations. In this style, very little "songwriting" work is done except for placing clips and cutting up melodic phrases as necessary to change them to what I want. It's a concept that isn't really impressive to anyone, but I've been having fun messing around and approaching music like somebody assembling pieces of a puzzle rather than as a composer. I also don't normally use "construction kit"-style sample packs very often, so I have very few of them on my computer, making this approach a little trickier than expected.

When making a BMS for a fantasy-themed event, my self-imposed "audio clips only" limitation resulted in a new age-esque rainforest BGM. Loop-based ambient background music is common in video games, and I wanted to tap into that feeling. Even though this is a rhythm game and not a low-polygonal FPS or something, I hope it can still result in an immersive atmosphere while playing! There's no real meaning behind the name "1104", and it was chosen it keep the style of track names for my BMS varied.

So long as you don't care about getting a high total score every time, I think being able to create simple works like this and watch people interact with them is a nice part of BMS. Low effort does not necessarily have to mean low quality. Actually, if you can use a low amount of effort to create a work that people enjoy or even find resonant, I think that's good in its own way, so long as a degree of artistic integrity and expression is maintained. (Perhaps vaporwave is the most famous example of this.

This song uses the more oldschool charting style of the harder charts being low in difficulty but slightly tricky, and the ANOTHER being more like a "deluxe" version of the HYPER. The NORMAL has a very low difficulty rating but may be tricky for new players due to the usage of scratch and a tougher pattern in the form of the sax riff. In all honestly, I wasn't sure if it fits more as a level 2 or a 3, but set it to 3 due to the aforementioned tricky points. There's also an alternate version of the ANOTHER with different setting because I wanted to see if I could make it feel more weighted to play. (It can be considered a psychological experiment.) The original ANOTHER is the intended experience, but it may be fun to try the alternate version after to see how it feels.
